RFN E15 Plus availability: Contact us to confirm whether your order is for an available unit or a reservation before paying.
Payment, shipping, cancellation and returns
Payment: Reservations require payment of the full purchase price upfront. This is not a deposit, and no remaining purchase-price balance is due later. A reservation does not mean the bike is ready to ship.
Shipping: Before ordering, contact us to confirm availability, estimated dispatch timing and freight charges. For reservations, request written confirmation of estimated shipment timing before paying. See our Shipping Policy for shipping estimates, charges and delay information.
Cancellation and returns: E-moto (electric motorcycle and electric dirt bike) products and e-snow (electric snow bike) products are final sale. Our online cancellation provision states: “If an order is placed online, we offer a 24 hour grace period from which you may cancel your order. Beyond 24 hours, we cannot refund the purchase.” Read our full Return and Refund Policy before purchasing.
