If you have mobility issues or are a shorter rider, reducing the crank arm length may be helpful. By using a shorter crank arm, the circular path the pedal takes is reduced and therefore reducing the range of motion required during a full pedal stroke.

 This replaces the stock crankset with a single chainring on the Rover or the captain (front position) on the Rover Tandem.
