The Ortlieb Downtown QL2.1 Bicycle Pannier (sold individually):

This is a bike briefcase with integrated new QL2.1 mounting system which fits rack with diameters up to 16mm. The bag can be used on the right or left side of the rack due to the two-way attachable QL rail.
