The Cycle Star 901/1 from Busch & Muller either plugs into the end of your handlebar, or wraps around the bar, whichever you prefer. The 2" straight arm is best for positioning the mirror behind and a little above the end of a drop style road handlebar. The mirror comes complete with the hardware pictured below.
